Achieva Plus+ is a new program by Achieva
Rehabilitation that empowers older adults
to stay mobile, independent, and
active — before a crisis happens.

Unlike traditional physical therapy that's only
covered after an injury, surgery, or serious
health decline, Achieva Plus+ is built for
those who want to prevent those declines
in the first place.

We’re flipping the model. Instead of waiting
for falls, joint replacements, or emergency
hospital stays to justify therapy, we come to
you to keep those things from happening.

The links here are to articles that we put together
to inspire older adults..stories about people
just like you..moving better, feeling better!
