For many, retirement marks a winding down of activity, a signal to relax and take things slower. But at Achieva Plus+, we believe it's the perfect time to ramp up. Research published in The Lancet Public Health in 2022 shows that consistent physical activity can significantly reduce disability and delay dependence on others. This is especially critical post-retirement when many people unintentionally reduce their daily movement. "Use it or lose it" becomes a harsh reality for older adults.


Take Frank, 71, for example. After retiring, he found himself getting winded just walking through the grocery store.
